You have to work with Justin Sykes in order to appeciate him as a person and his technical knowlegde in video production. Video projection, blending, pixel mapping, 3D, cameras, and signal flow are just a few of Justin's skills that I know of. 
One of greatest things about Justin is his style of leadership. He has the ability to explain the big picture and every detail for the crew to have an understanding of the work needed while keeping it simple. The results are amazing!
